MA5600 or MA5616 packetfile crash

Hi,

If Huawei Ma5600 or Ma5616  packetfile crashed what should we do? Can we get packetfile from working MA5600 or MA5616 chassi ? If the answer is yes,how should we do these?You know if we want to use backup command there are only configuration and data options in this cammand and there isn't packetfile option.

Can we backup packetfile from boot menu and then load it to crshed chassi?How?
