Hi,

We have the following problem. We have installed a LUNA2000 5kW in a solar system with 5KTL-L1.

We are experiencing the following problem - when the battery discharges to a low level it shuts down on its own and it won't go back on until you physically turn it on with the button on the side.

Does anybody know why is that? How can it be prevented, as we are going there for 4th time just to turn on the battery which is quite annoying..

Thanks!

@Alexand3r your inverter has an active alarm - 2068 / ID 3 - Battery Abnormal, which means that the inverter and the DCDC EN line is abnormal.

You should ask your installer to come back and check the communication between inverter and battery's DCDC unit, on the L1 inverters is like the below diagram:

Also, the inverter should be upgraded to the latest firmware version (SPC112), your installer can do it remotely via FusionSolar management system.

Hi. Thanks, I think that is the problem. We are the installer, but I think there might be a missed communication cable between 6)EN and 3) on the battery. Will fix that and will see. Thanks again.

You can remotely check the backup SOC and cut-off SOC on FusionSolar 7.0.
Check whether alarm 2068-3 is generated on the inverter and whether the EN enable cable between the inverter and LUNA is disconnected.

the backup SOC. In grid-tied mode, the energy storage is not discharged when it reaches the backup SOC. When the grid is powered off, the energy storage system supplies power to loads in backup mode. The priority of Backup SOC is higher than that of Discharge Cut-off SOC. For example, if Discharge Cut-off SOC is set to 10% and Backup SOC is set to 20%, the battery will not be discharged when the battery discharge reaches 20%.

Can you tell me where in FusionSolar I can check that remotely, because I don't see it? Thanks!

Maintenance-Alarm Management:You can see the alarm information of the device.
Plant -device management-(After you select a device-LUNA)-set parameters
Hi, there is no such menu as "Set Parameters" when I open the battery trough the Device Management menu. You can see it on the screenshot I attached. I can only look at battery data, but cannot operate anything.
