Dear All,


Customer Installed Grid is 40KW

space limitation only allow us to install 36 x 540Wp panels (3x 12pv strings)

Customer want whole house backup during Grid failure.


I proposed 

5KTL-L1 + PCS + LUNA battery + Backup Box on all phase (3 sets)

Could anybody suggest better setup?

and wiring on backup box?

you don't need PCS. BackupBox-(B0) provides only single-phase power to loads.BackupBox-(B0, B1) Quick Guide

What I meant is customer want the whole house to be treated as primary/critical load during grid failure.

The inverter off-grid power of the 5KTL-L1 is 5 kW, and it can carry two LUNAs with a total of 30 kWh. You need backup power for the whole house. You need to do the math yourself.

@Ken.e , SUN2000-5KTL-L1 it's a single phase inverter which has only two MPPT's (two PV inputs). In your case you'll need a M1 inverter (3-phase) but also this one has only two MPPT's (two PV inputs) so your request with 3 x 12PV panels can't be implemented).
