Hi, my 10kWh LUNA2000 is operating without problems. However, I did notice slight noises coming from the right side of the unit. The DC/DC converter unit and the two 5kWh are making an irregular noise. It is diffucult to describe, so I made a recording with my phone directly at the source (right of the LUNA2000 unit).

It is not loud, but when close to the unit, you can clearly hear it... Is this normal ?

Thanks!

@user_4447141 If you didn't notice any problem or alarms via FusionSolar APP and also if you didn't notice any abnormal smell around the battery, it shouldn't be any problem.

You should check also what firmware version has the battery unit (DC/DC unit and the battery pack) and upgrade them via FusionSolar management webpage to SPC104 (this is the latest firmware version for battery).

Hi, no abnormal smell and also no alarm, so I guess it is a normal sound... Wonder if others have it as well.
The batteries and DC/DC unit are all on SPC104..

Keep the latest inverter and LUNA software versions on the NMS.

@user_4447141 where exactly you have noticed the noise into the right side of the battery? On top (where is the DC/DC power control module) or a little bit lower, on the battery expension module side?

Hi, I notice it on the right side of the DC/DC module, near the DC switch, and also on the right side of each of the battery expansion modules...

Well, that's quite normal.

LUNA starts the fan for dehumidification.

Yes, that's clear and that happens when switching on the LUNA2000. The noise I'm describing here is different and occurs during normal operation

I think you're right. It is also likely that the low-power discharge process started the fan. I believe this can be optimized. About 30th or in advance, a new software version will be upgraded. Please wait,
