It is recommended that you troubleshoot the problem in the following ways.

1. Check whether the cables between the battery and the SUN2000 are correctly connected.

2. Check whether the SUN2000 records any battery-related alarms.

3. Check whether your firmware version is the latest. The LUNA2000 version is V100R002C00SPC106, and the SUN2000L version is V200R001C00SPC117. The latest SUN2000M0-M2 version is V100R001C00SPC140, and the latest SUN2000M3 version is V100R001C20SPC112. Depending on your situation, you will need to seek help from the PV center for the latest inverter version. You can send an email to the following email address describing your problem and attaching your SN number.

Hello. Thx for the fast answer. I will check all cables over christmas. It's my fist Huawei installation. Therefore I'm not really familiar with Huawei equipment yet. I will inform you later if I could solve the problem.

Hi again. I have one more question concerning the recommended cables. There was an unshielded 2 wire cable included in the smart meter box. I have two inverters and one battery. All cables have a max. Length of 2 meters. Can I cut that cable in pieces and use it for the whole connections, or do I need a shielded cable for some connections?

@hap firstly please upgrade the inverter to SPC140 and also the S_dongle to SPC126 firmware version.

Then please check locally the wiring diagram between 3-phase M1 inverter and LUNA 2000 battery, it must be like in the below picture:

Hello. Sorry, that I didn't answer earlier, but corona knocked me out pretty bad. I finally did all die recommended updates. Afterwards I checked the wiring. Your wiring diagram was very, very helpful. I found 2 wires which I didn't install before. To test it, I completely emptied the battery in two nights and it didn't switch off anymore. I'm pretty sure, that the problem is solved now. In the meantime spring stated in Switzerland. So normally the battery doesn't get completely discharged anymore. I will now for sure in late autumn. Thank you very much for your support!
