Hello @olive.zhao and @Y_T_Z Sorry for taking such a long time to write down this reply but I had been busy. Here's the thing: I connect to the inverter, open the upgrade device window, select inverter (now it's version 107) and then I select from my phone the file which I downloaded from the support.huawei website. As soon as I select the file I get the error message "The connection is interrupted. Try again" and of course I
