lun cannot be mapped DORADO6K

i have problem with mapped used lun to another SG

the lun is mapped to 2 storage group but I can't map it to a third party

in attach the detail

Please share the LUN group configuration screenshots, host group configuration screenshots, and mapping view screenshots. This error message indicates that the LUN must have a mapping relationship with the host. A LUN cannot be mapped to a host twice.

please share the host screenshots as well, is it a vm host? if yes then is it a duplicate host of the previous host? and how are you connecting the storage to the hosts? through iscsi or fc?
if nothing works just try adding the host to an existing host group which is mapped to the lun.
