Description
This measurement provides the number of the Path Switch Request messages that the Target eNodeB sends to the MME through the X2 interface within a measurement period in the case that the UE remains in the same Serving GW.
Measurement Point
During the X2-based handover procedure in the case that the UE remains in the same Serving GW, the counter is incremented by one each time the MME receives a Path Switch Request message from the Target eNodeB.
