LTE/EPC Cloud UGW OMU "Disk partition unavailable"

Dear All,

"Disk partition unavailable" alarm obeserved in clould UGW(PS core node). Kindly let me know how to fix that issue. I already checked in Hedex but no proper rectification procedure is found. Kindly review alarm description below:

NE Type: vUGW Alarm Source: UGW02 MO Name: VNFP Location Information: VM Name=OMU1, Partition Name=home Additional Information: Severity: Critical Type: Hardware system

Hello, friend.

Possible Causes:

The disk partition's available space was below the specified threshold.

Procedure:

  1. Run the DSP PARTITIONINFO command to check whether the available space of the disk partition where the alarm is generated is below the specified threshold (the default threshold is 50 MB).

    Yes: Go to Step 2.

    No: Go to Step 5.

  2. Check whether the alarm is generated from a software partition.

    Yes: Go to Step 3

    No: Go to Step 4

  3. Run the DSP SOFTWARE command to check the versions in the software repository and then run the RMV SOFTWARE command to remove unnecessary software packages to reduce disk partition usage. Wait 2 to 3 minutes and then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Yes: The alarm handling is complete, and no further action is required.

    No: Go to Step 5.

  4. Delete unnecessary files to free up the disk partition space and ensure that the available space of the disk partition is above the specified threshold. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Yes: The alarm handling is complete, and no further action is required.

    No: Go to Step 5.

  5. Collect alarm and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.

Dear gzzz,

Thank you for your support but so sorry that actually answer is not match with the issue. Your answer is for when storage threshold over the limit. Current is disk partition is only 34% occupation. Its unavailable not bcz of storage full. But thank you for your help.
