LTE CPE B2368-66 after firmware update can not acces.

Dear all, after firmware update by service provide 3 in Sweden I can not any longer acces router with default user: admin and  password: admin.

There must be sometihing wrong with upgrade, I have used factoryreset but no luck.

Next: while i am enabling layer 3 port or lan port via olt command. it show failed.why ?Banepa-OLT-02(config-if-gpon-0/2)#ont port route 2 0 eth 1-4 enable

If you cannot log in to the device using the default account admin, the device may be a customized version.


Note that you need to upgrade the device firmware by referring to the upgrade guide. If you upgrade the device firmware incorrectly, the device configuration data will be lost.


You can restore the device through a hard reset. If the device is still not restored after the reset, you are advised to send the device to your local ISP service center or Huawei service center for repair.
