hi members ,

we have SDH network based on OSN 7500 , and we have VC12  services from SDH NE1 from SL1 board into other SDH-NE8 also to SL1 board .

The trail is exist normally , but some one of the staff mistakenly , used service cross connect and deleted 5-VC12  cross-connect in  SDH-NE4 (NE in the middle ) then he made service trail search .

The Trail now is no longer exist , how can I now retrive the Trail  and know the position of lost VC12 services in the 2 NEs the SDH-NE1 and SDH-NE8  ?

please help

Thanks in advance

Dear friend!
This is a typical discrete path.

Method 1: On the U2000, search for discrete trails to find the NE whose cross-connections are lost. Then, reconfigure the timeslots on the line board for pass-through.

Method 1: Query the timeslots that are cross-connected from the E1 processing board to the line board on NE1. Query the timeslot from NE2 to NE3. Keep approaching NE8 in this way. In the same way, query the data from NE8 to NE1 at the same time. Finally, discrete sites will be found.

Good luck!

Hi,
As you said the tributary boards in the 2 terminals are Sl1 that means . You only can check the discrete or ask customer about the cut services.

If the SLI board is connected to client-side signals, you can query the interrupted service signals of the user.
