Lost file in safe after dowgrade EMUI

Hi, team support,

I use Huawei P30 pro after I update EMUI 10.1.xxx newest, my phone error charging (stuck in 60%). I am back up by hisuite.

I downgrade EMUI 10.0.0.209 by hisuite and all files in safe disappear !! I try to restore it many times but it's not worked.

Please let me know how to restore it.

Based on your fault description, you can draw the following conclusions:


I use huawei P30 pro, after I update EMUI 10.1.xxx newest, my phone error charging (stuck in 60%).


Restart your phone and charge it again.If the problem persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.


I backup by hisuite, I dowgrade EMUI 10.0.0.209 by hisuite and all file in safe disappear !! i try restore many times but it's not worked.


I am sorry! It is confirmed that the coffer does not support data backup. Because the user sets a security password, from the perspective of information security, we cannot read the content in the coffer.
