Thank you for taking the time to reply. However, you are pointing to the same page that I have been to. Above is what I see if I try to find firmware for the S5720l-12X-PWH-SI-DC. Is it possible to get a direct link to the firmware. A visit to the local support information for South Africa brought me to a telephone number that goes unanswered all day long - might as well say that Huawei support is extinct in South Africa |
