Please your support to check one issue that we faced when we performed the software upgrade for udemon1000EN3 from version V100R001C30SPC600 to version V500R005C20SPC500. We noticed that all logs before 24 November 2020 (date of the upgrade) disappeared and we are unable to find.
Please help to confirm if it is a common issue when we upgrade from V100R001C30SPC600 to version V500R005C20SPC500 or it is related to other issues.
