when login the fusionAccess it show the errors "7000 Your username or password may be entered incorrectly. Please try to recover as follows." is there have some suggestions?

The vag resolves the client's address ticket message when the gateway logs in to the VM.

Possible reasons

The client version and the background version (basic components such as WI) are quite different.

Approach

Check the client version and the background server version. If they are inconsistent, it is recommended to replace the client version.
