Login API issue

Hi guys,


I was using https://sg5.fusionsolar.huawei.com/thirdData for a few years now and was quite happy with it but today (after 1 month of not using API) I'm not able to login and getting this responce:

any ideas and what 20003 code means?

In your case, we recommend that you contact the PV Center with the SN number of the inverter and describe the problem you are experiencing. You can send an email to the following email box and they will provide you with support.

Hi all,

I have received response from support team but advice was to upgrade inverter's firmware...
I can not see relation between this solution and my actual issue as data from inverter appears on web portal/app promptly and up-to-date.
