Hi, there.

I log in to the router, but it tells me:

Notice: Login failed because the number of login users exceeds the upper threshold or the user has already logged in.

How can I log in?

Thanks.

Hello, Tofu.

Please log in to the WEB page of the device according to the scheme provided by Wissal

Then set Terminal Limit Configuration on the WEB page of the device

For the specific process, please see the information below

1. Click the Network Application tab and then choose Terminal Limit Configuration from the navigation tree.

2. Select Limit mode

1

If Limit mode is Type limit, click Apply, and then the limited number of terminals connected to an ONT can be configured by device type.

Click New to configure parameters, then click Apply.

2

Thank you!

Hello,

Please check the device source.

1.  If you purchase an ONT of the formal enterprise version

Administrator (installation and maintenance personnel):

User name: telecomadmin

Password: admintelecom

Common user (terminal user):

User name: root

Password: admin

IP address: 192.168.100.1

2.  If you purchase an ONT customized for a formal carrier version

Certain carriers may customize accounts and passwords, which are different from the default accounts and passwords listed in the preceding. For details, contact the corresponding carrier.

3.  It's also possible that someone else changed the password.

Restore the device to its factory settings. (This operation will cause loss of the original configuration data. Exercise caution when performing this operation.)

Good luck!

Thanks
