Hello,

I want to extract the device logs, but there are two files: log.dblg and log.log. What are the differences between them?

<CT01-xx>cd logfile/   

<CT01-xx>dir
Directory of cfcard:/logfile/ 
Idx  Attr     Size(Byte)  Date        Time       FileName
  0  -rw-     890,689  Sep  28 2020 11:57:11   log.dblg

Hi,
A user log file is saved in a log directory (for example, the log or logfile directory) and named in the log.log format.
A diagnostic log file is saved in a log directory (for example, the log or logfile directory) and named in the log.dblg format.
