Locate the hard disk fault on the CSP OM portal.
1.Log in to the CSP OM portal as the admin user.
2.Obtain the host IP address of the physical server for which the alarm is generated based on the alarm source location in the additional alarm information.

3.Choose Application Configuration > Configuration Management > Configuration > Application Name > Storage > Cloud Edge Storage and locate the SafeVideo group to which the faulty hard disk belongs.The SafeVideo group naming format is Safevideo-Sequence number-Host IP. The value of Host IP is the host IP address set during the CSP installation and is the same as the value of Host IP under Resources > Edge Site Resources > Servers.
4.Find the iBMC address of the server in the network design template based on the information under Resources > Edge Site Resources > Servers.

5.Log in to the iBMC WebUI as the admin user.
6.Choose Information > Overview, and set an operation for the UID indicator in the Virtual Buttons area to mark the faulty server.

For example, if you click Steady On, the UID indicator on the front panel of the server is steady on.

7.On the CSP OM portal, choose Application Configuration > Configuration Management > Configuration > Application Name > Storage > Cloud Edge Storage. In the front or rear view, locate the faulty disk and move the pointer over the faulty disk. The slot number of the faulty disk is displayed.
