Local account login failure after TACACS is configured

Hello everyone,

If only a local account is configured, I can log in. After TACACS is configured, the TACACS account can log in but the local account cannot. Why? The following is the configuration. Please provide guidance. Thank you.

  authentication-mode hwtacacs local

Hi Rengar,
In normal cases, local accounts cannot be used when the TACACS service is normal. The local account can be used only when the TACACS service is abnormal.
