LMT_BTS3900V100R016C10SPC180 - BUG???

Hi everyone, 

I have a problem on the software BTS3900 V100R016C10SPC180. After upload it in the UMTP and activate it, the UMTP is unreachble. It appers SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP. I know the only way then to connect it, is over LMT, but the LMT(V100R016C10SPC180) that i have don't allow to create "office" path. I can Add it but then, remains empty... any tip to help me fix it?
