Live-view not working on IVS VCN500

Dear all!

This post highlights the issue of live-view not working on IVS VCN500. Please have a look at the below information.

Issue in details

We are unable to view the cameras from HW-IVS via the below-mentioned VCN-500 details.

VCN Version: V100R002C50SPC200. This is a new installation.

Solution

Remove IPC from IVS.
Log in to the IPC using the webpage.
Change the encoding of IPC From H.265 to H.264.
Log in to the IVS and add the camera again.
Refresh the live view and add the cameras to them.
