Hi there, dear Community!
This post brings you the solution to the issue of a live video viewing failure due to insufficient permissions/device status changes after the device tree is refreshed. Please see below in order to find it.
Issue description
The onsite network is a multi-level and multi-domain network, as shown in Figure 1.

Users log in to the level-1 domain and refresh the device tree on the client. The status of some devices changes, which is different from the actual status. Users re-log in to the client and attempt to view live video of a level-3 domain device, a message is displayed indicating insufficient permissions. Hence, the live video viewing failure due to insufficient permissions.

Possible cause
The level-2 domain is offline and cannot register with the level-1 domain.
NOTE: In the multi-level and multi-domain network, when a domain is offline, the status of devices in the domain and its lower-level domains cannot be updated in a timely manner.
Solution
Log in to the OMU portal of the master server in the level-1 domain.
Choose System Management > Local Domain.
Check whether the level-2 domain is offline in the System Domains panel.
If the level-2 domain is online, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
If the level-2 domain is offline, locate and rectify network faults. Then go to the next step.
Check whether the fault is rectified. If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact our Huawei technical support engineer to assist you in tackling this ive video viewing failure due to insufficient permissions.
This is the solution, thanks for reading!
