Symptom
The live video images of an IPC look white.
Possible Cause
The PU parameters of the IPC are set improperly.
Solution
- Login to the
IPC web page as the admin user.NOTE:
For details about the default password of adminuser, see the IPC Online Help corresponding to the faulty device.
- Right-click the live video pane and choose Sensor Config from the shortcut menu.
- Click Factory Setting to restore video parameter settings to factory defaults.
- Check whether
the fault is rectified.
If yes, the procedure ends. If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
