Live Video Images Look Too Red or Too Blue

Step 1 Log in to the IPC web page as the admin user.

NOTE:
For details about the default password of the admin user, see the user guide for the device.

Step 2 Choose Settings > Channel Configuration > ISP Parameters.

Step 3 Select a mode under White balance mode based on the actual indoor light conditions.

Before installing an IPC, ***yze the indoor light conditions. If an IPC is installed in an indoor environment with fixed light sources, set ISP parameters based on the actual light conditions.

Step 4 Check whether the fault is rectified.

• If yes, no further operation is required.
• If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
