Hi, dear!

If the live video can not work, while recording and playback work fine, you can trouble it by the following!

1. Check the video transmission protocol and the VCN version.

2. If the protocol is H.265, and the version is V100R002C50SPC200

Solution

Upgrade version to V100R002C50SPC225.
