This case describes the issue that the live feed shows ‘Reconnecting’, thus addressing a camera offline problem.
Problem description
The customer said that when viewing the camera on the live feed, the camera goes offline and online again and again, while the live feed is still shows ‘Reconnecting;.
Product type: VCN3020.
Version: V100R003C10SPC200.
Problem analysis
The customer feeds back a video and we tested it at the lab. The lab got the same results.
So we discussed with R&D. They said the issue had already been solved and it would appear in the new version.
Root cause
The version defect will be fixed in the new version.
Solution description
We upgraded the version to V100R003C10SPC230.
After the customer has upgraded and checked the new version, the problem was resolved.
