Symptom
Connect the DC terminal of the power supply to the TC machine. The TC indicator does not display red or the power indicator does not turn green after the power switch is pressed.

Processing steps
To determine if the power supply has a problem, try a different power supply.
If there is no problem with the power supply, be sure to listen for a whistle. This is a hardware detection. If it is not heard, it is a hardware failure.

Treatment method: Replace TC.
