Hi, @gululu !
I checked notifications from the app now and I found there the same as come to my email. This is a working resolution of this problem for me - I can use APP instead of email links. But anyway it is good to check what happened. Looks like default language is showing.
Another good way is to add choose language to the top of the mobile version forum pages.
