Limitation in hardware. error code 43358

During cross connection configuration for V6G216 board with U1G404 board, an error was reported as Limitation in hardware. The error code is 43358. 

error code: 43358

Device: Optix OSN9800 U16

Version: V100R019C10SPC900+SPH901

WebLCT version: V100R021C00SPC200

Hi friend.

The capacity of the G216 board may be incorrect. The default capacity of the G216 board is 100 Gbit/s. If the remaining bandwidth of the backplane of the board is less than 10 Gbit/s, an error message indicating hardware limitation is reported. For details, see the following figure.

OSN 9800


You could try to set the working mode of two ports to None to free up bandwidth.
