Symptom
After the License server is installed, a user logs in to the License server using the gandalf account and runs the service LICService status command. The command output is not "LIC is running." The user runs the service LICService start command and then the service LICService status command. The command output is still not "LIC is running."
Possible Causes
The memory on the License server is insufficient.
Procedure
Step 1 On FusionCompute, shut down the VM where the license server is deployed.
Step 2 Increase the memory size for the VM.
Step 3 Restart the VM.
Step 4 Run the service LICService start command to restart the License service.
Step 5 Run the service LICService status command to check that the License service start properly.
Step 6 If the problem persists, contact Huawei technical support.
