Step 1 Run the cat /etc/SuSE-release command to check whether the operating
system that the eSpace Meeting server runs is SUSE 11 SP1 or a later
version.
If information similar to the following is displayed, SUSE 11 SP1
is installed:
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 (x86_64)
VERSION =
11
PATCHLEVEL = 1
If the information displayed is different from the
preceding, install SUSE 11 SP1 or a later version and then reinstall the eSpace
Meeting system.
To reinstall the eSpace Meeting system, see the Installing
the eSpace Meeting section under Software Installation Guide in the product
documentation.
Step 2 Check the ICDComm log (for example,
/home/econf/nginrun/log/icdcomm.log) in the license installation directory. If
the ICDComm log contains the information create shared memory failed, change the
number or size of shared memory units to a smaller value in
/home/econf/nginrun/config/icdcomm.cfg.
