This topic describes a solution to license files that become invalid after reboot SMC2.0.

Problem Description

After Load the SMC2.0 License, once the Server reboot, the license will become invalid.

License Status : None

SMC2.0 license

Root Cause

The Bugs in version: V6R6C00SPC500.

After SMC2.0 Server  shutdown the License will restore back to the factory setting. The actual bugs is the SMC2.0 license did not import successfully (built-in SC partial import failure).

Solution

  1. Upgrade to the V6R6C00SPC600 version and then re-import the License

  2. Remove the built-in SC from SMC, then import the License and then add the built-in SC again.

Thanks for reading!

the solution is very helping!
