License command support

Hi friend!
I have checked the diagnostic and normal commands and unfortunately, the display license information command doesn’t exist in the NE8000 X4 device.

A list with the license commands can be found here.

Note that in S12700 devices, the display license information command displays license information about the master and standby switches in a CSS system.

If a switch is not in a CSS system, the display license information command displays license information about the switch only. If a CSS system contains the master and standby switches, the display license information command displays license information about the master and standby switches.
