1. Find the license backup file (D:\Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd\Converge Gateway\bin\license_smc.dat).
2. Try importing the license file on SMC. Displayed as per below:
In V6R019 and later versions, the license that contains multiple basic software packages is restricted. Indicates the license whose LVCSMCBASIC01 value is greater than 1.
3. In this case, the license can be imported to SMC after following the below steps:
a) Change the value of LicenseSoftwarePackage to false:
