Send an e-mail to apply to edesk@huawei.com. You should mainly provide:
1. the ESN number, Huawei diamond certification scanned copies (if it is an ASP engineer, is not required to provide the certificate);
2. the license application form. Download it from http://support.huawei.com/enterprise/docinforeader.action?contentId=DOC1000075437&idPath=7919710|9856717|21096933|9858914|9169975;
3. try not to use a personal email address to send the e-mail application.
