Hello, the following step can help you.

1.Copy ESNMaker to the SMC server. (Make sure the version is same with SMC2.0)

2. Connect the monitor to the computer room.

3. Disable all network cards, read ESN failed.

4.Each time a network card is enabled (other network cards are disabled), read ESN and generate a license file.

Possible Causes:
After the license file is imported into the SMC server, the hardware information about the SMC server is modified, for example, the network adapter on the server is enabled or disabled.
Solution :
we need to change ESN of licenses to new ESN using ESDP after getting revoke code.
