License activation issue on AR1220E

Hello everyone,

Please support an issue with activating the license on AR1220E.

ESN device is correct with license activation and license version is matched with ALL on ESDP. However, when trying to activate the license on the device, we have the following message:

GTL verify license failed, change an authentic license, please.

Please help me! Thank you!

Hi WDNJSQ,

Run the dir command to check whether the size of the license file on the device is the same as that of the source license file.

If they are different, ensure that the device has sufficient storage space, and use FTP/SFTP to upload the license file to the root directory of the device.

Note: Use the binary mode when uploading the license file through FTP.
