The possible causes are as follows:
1. the ESN in the license template is the wrong format;
2. the ESN of the current server is not in the license template;
3. server processes are abnormal.
Troubleshooting
1. Check whether the ESN in the template is separated by commas. If the ESN is the wrong format, fill the ESN in the right format and apply for the license again.
2. On the eAPP Management system, choose Operation and Maintenance > Software Management > License Management, check whether the ESN of the current server is present in the license template. If the ESN of the current server is not in the license template, fill the ESN of the current server in the license template for another license application.
3. On the eAPP Management system, choose Operation and Maintenance > System Monitor > Service. Check whether all the processes are in Running status.
