eNSP is a graphical network simulation platform. By simulating real network devices, eNSP helps ICT practitioners and customers to get familiar with Huawei datacom products quickly, to understand and master the operation and configuration of any related products and to improve the planning, construction and O&M capabilities of enterprise ICT networks, ultimately helping enterprises build a more efficient and better enterprise ICT network.

Expecting the eNSP could support more customerized functions, also waitting for the eNSP supporting the new versions, by now, the firmware in the eNSP is too old, we want to them support the new version, such as V200R009.

Hi,

Current eNSP has basic issues and all the new devices are still missing in it.
1. There should be single installation pack for eNSP as we have to install many 3rd party tools like MS Virtualbox etc
2. All devices are very resource hungry and it is not possible to deploy full lab even on a decent PC with 16-20GB RAM. OS should be optimized
3. Error 40 should be permanently fixed (Please, it becomes a headache)
4. There should be option to connect to external cloud
5. Last but not least, there should be periodic updates as of now, it shows

The eNSP used to integrate the extra softwares, but they are removed in the lastest version, it might due to consider the size of the package. Any, it's not a big problem.
For question 2 and 3, there might need much optimization work.
For question 4, you might refer the post https://forum.huawei.com/enterprise/en/how-to-implement-the-whole-radius-server-authentication-lab-via-ensp/thread/521351-865 I introduced the way to simulate the RADIUS authentioncation with external RADIUS server.
