Left side of touch not working

Hello,

I'll try to be as quick and direct as possible.

I've got an P Smart 2019 POT-LX1 and I just got done replacing my broken screen yesterday by myself.

That shouldn't be a problem tho cause I've already done that once on this phone and many others so I'm pretty confident in myself and with the help of YouTube everything can be possible.

The problem is it kinda stopped responding after a bit of usage. I must mention I've left it with under a plate with some weight on it to glue nicely for about an hour. I've also tested it before assembling it and after and it worked perfectly fine, nothing wrong going on.

At first, it started slowly losing sensivity on the whole left side of the screen and I was needed to apply a bit more pressure on the screen to get it to respond and then it stopped responding altogether, only the left side tho, the right one works perfectly.

I've searched far and wide, tried almost everything, from just a simple reset to trying to open it up again. The last thing I should mention is, the side that is not working leaves some faded blackish shadowy trails behind when I run my finger over it but they go away after a couple of seconds.

I would love to know if it's from the new screen or something els
