LDP over TE establishment failure

Of the four causes, which causes are the possible ones for LDP over TE establishment failure?

 

A.  No sufficient resources, such as LSP tokens, are available.

B.  Destination addresses of TE tunnels are inconsistent with LDP remote IP addresses.

C.  TE tunnels are not preferentially selected by routers.

D.  LDP sessions cannot be established through negotiation.

About this question, I would prefer the answer is A, C, and D.
Insufficient LSP tokens obviously causing the LSP establishing failure.
TE tunnel is not selected will cause the LDP packet to reach the remote failure.
