1.Check whether the endpoint connects to the network properly by checking the network connection icon on the remotely controlled UI or checking the network information on the system status page. If no, connect the endpoint to the network.
2.Check the network between the local address and LDAP server address. Perform the ping operation on the system diagnosis page and verify that the endpoint connects to the LDAP server properly.
3.If the fault persists, contact the endpoint network owner to confirm GK configurations
