Hi, anyone got any good methods of measuring loss across a layer 2 link, Im using the 10 gig rear cards on some 5720EI's to connect across 2 10 gig circuits to a remote same unit, I need to measure loss across those links, but its layer 2, any good Huawei options ?

thanks.

I think what you want is something regarding Ethernet OAM, you can try to configure Y.1731 feature to monitor the layer 2 link.

you can refer to the Y.1731 chapter in the product documentation to get more details.
