The WebLCT version supported by OptiX RTN 950 V100R007C10SPH306(5.76.07.24) is V2R14C60.
This version can be downloaded from the next link:

Also on the site there is available the patch iManager U2000 Web LCT V200R014C60CP2055. Both of them can support this RT version.

Can this WebLCT be used for Carrier, not Enterprise OSN1800 solution?
