You will need to download the permission account. If you cannot see it, use either of the following methods:


Method 1. You can try registering and providing your Huawei contract number so that Huawei can download the required software.


Method 2: Confirm your requirements with your supplier or local operator and obtain the firmware.

Please contact the sales channel partner to obtain the correct ONT firmware and perform the upgrade or downgrade under the supervision of professional personnel. Otherwise, the fault cannot be rectified. Be careful when performing this operation.

You need to upgrade your permissions.
To obtain permissions, perform the following steps:
Customers: Register a product or contract, and obtain permission to access or download the product.
Partners: Associate at: handshake your company, and obtain approval by the administrator of your company. Permissions are granted depending on the certification level of your company.

But if you see a lock sign beside the software that mean that you don´t have the privilege to download it. You will find a precedure in the page to increase your privilages after that you will be able to get the software.
