- Checking the running status of BMU services. For details, see the process for checking the UC service status.
- Restart the BMU service. For details, see Starting and Stopping the EC Service (Windows) or Starting and Stopping EC Services (Linux).
If the problem persists in spite of the operations, go to 5.
- Check the network connectivity between the BMU and the USM. For details, see "Checking Network Status."
If one of the NEs is disconnected from the network, contact the customer and locate the network fault in time.
- Check whether the USM works normally. If the USM works abnormally, you need to recover it.
- If the problem persists, contact the service provider.
