LACP eth-trunk showing systemID 0000-0000-0000

I'm seeing this log on the Huawei device


The LACP member interface's status changed from selected to unselected due to the PDU change. (TrunkIndex=5, PortIfIndex=692, TrunkId=25, TrunkName=Eth-Trunk25, PortName=100GE13/1/0, OldPduInfo=SystemID:8cfd-18ef-eab6, NewPduInfo=SystemID:0000-0000-0000, ReasonCode=Partner system ID changed in the received PDU)"


It looks like for some reason, the systemID changed from 8cfd-18ef-eab6 to 0000-0000-0000. because of the systemID not matching, this interface got kicked out from the original LACP trunk. 


Does anyone know under what circumstances will Huawei change its systemID to 0000-0000-0000?

I checked the log information you provided. Your question is why system-id is displayed as all 0s. If the local end does not receive the packet from the peer end, the system-id is changed to all 0s.

Second, if your actual problem is that the Eth-Trunk status is abnormal, You are advised to check the link and configuration. For example, check whether the cables are correctly connected and whether the configurations are incorrect.
