My first time posting here, recently switched to an EchoLife EG8145V5 router. I was hoping to configure firewall security level for an online game as it prevents me from playing the game. I looked for guides in this Huawei website, but my router settings do not have a setting to configure the Firewall security level. What could be the cause?

After confirmation: The firewall level cannot be changed by common users.

If the firewall level configuration is not displayed on the web page. Either of the following situations may occur:

1. the login account does not have permission;

2. the product is a customized product.

If you need to change the firewall level, please contact the device provider for a solution.
