1- Targeted LDP session between the peer where the sub-interfaces are
2- L2VC binding to the sub-interfaces

For configuring the MTU value of MPLS l2vc, you can configure the mtu parameter after the MPLS l2vc command. For more information, please refer to https://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1100126530&id=EN-US_CLIREF_0177117250&lang=en

One last question: is it mandatory on SW3 to change MTU (or turn on jumboframe capability) on physical interfaces that serves subinterfaces?
